Can I Upgrade my Sponsor Package
- Yes, you would just pay the difference between your existing package and the package you would like.
Does a table purchase include invitations
- No, invitations are not included in the purchase of a table or reserved area.
Do I need an invitation as a sponsor
- Yes, all attendees are required to have an invitation to enter the ball.
- Invitations are included in sponsorships and quantity depends on the respective sponsorship level.
Does a sponsorship include a table
- Tables are included in some upper sponsorship levels. Contact the VP of sponsors for more information.
Are there requirements to become a sponsor
- There are no requirements. To become a sponsor. Only a willingness to support local childeren’s charities and abide by the DMS sponsorship agreement.
Are sponsor ribbons also good for entry into the Ball
- No, sponsorship ribbons are included with each sponsorship package are allowed access to certain sponsor areas in the Margarita Ball.
As a sponsor, am I restricted to only the sponsor areas of the event
- No, the sponsor areas are a benefit for DMS sponsors. Sponsors have access to all areas of the Margarita Ball except for Private VIP areas or the Reserved Table areas that are pre-purchased prior to the event.
Are Sponsorships refundable
- Sponsorships are donations to the Dallas Childeren’s Charities and are not considered purchasing attendance to the Margarita Ball. As such, sponsorships are not refundable
How do I get an invitation
- Know a Director/Director Emeritus/Member of the DMS. Keep in mind DMS invitations are very limited in number
- Attend a DMS happy hour and other events. DMS will periodically make a limited number of invitations available at our events
- Through Sponsorships. Sponsorship opportunities are limited, so in order to ensure attendance get your sponsorship. Sponsorships are donations to the Dallas Children’s Charities and thus are not refundable
Can I purchase one ticket
- The Margarita Ball is not a ticketed event, it is by invitation only. Invitations are available through the above methods. The only way to guarantee invitations to the Margarita Ball is through sponsorships.
Conditions of Sponsor Packages and Add-On Requests
- All Invitations, Ribbons, and Wristbands for the current year are valid for said current year only, no prior years allowed.
- All Invitations listed above allow 2 guests per invite for named event.
- Director’s Brunch is the day of the Ball at 11am.
- Drink Tokens are not redeemable for cash.
- Sponsor Pins must be accompanied with a Sponsor Ribbon.
- Sponsor Pins and/or Ribbons must be fastened securely on each wearer’s chest just below the shoulder level.
- One Ribbon per person (non-transferable).
- Wristbands must be fastened securely on each wearer’s wrist.
- One Wristband per person (non-transferable).
- For Signage, payment in full must be received 2 weeks prior to the named event.
- All Sponsorships and Signage are subject to review and approval.
- Add-On Packages do not include any additional invitations to the Ball.
- Add-On Packages are based upon space or inventory available and are not guaranteed.
Conditions of Purchase
- If paying by check, please make checks payable to Dallas Children’s Charities.
- The Dallas Margarita Society reserves the right to refuse any purchase.
- The re-selling of Dallas Margarita Ball Invitations is prohibited.
