Beer Dinner Charity Event!

Tuesday, April 23rd, reservations starting at 7PM

The Beer Dinner will include a 5 Course Meal & 5 Beer Pairings … all for $60 per/person with a $10 donation to Dallas Children’s Charities!

The 5 Course Meal includes:

1. Morels Stuffed w/ On Pure Ground Fresh Chevre, House – Cured Pork Belly, Finished w/ Local Honey
2. Early Spring Soup made w/ Acorn Squash, Sunchoke, Ramp, Artichoke w/ Ramp Crème Fraiche
3. Fried Smelt, Tom’s Arugula w/ Stewed Tomato – Saffron Vinaigrette
4. Suckling Pig w/ Roasted Baby Veg and Fava Bean
5. Meyer Lemon – Dream Crusher Semifreddo w/ Rosemary
